Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ships and delivers orders placed on nuranetspace.com.

1. Where we ship

We ship physical products to addresses across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Delivery time

• Orders are normally dispatched within a few days of payment.
• The estimated delivery time is up to 14 days from the order date. This is shown on your order confirmation page. Remote areas may take longer.
• Delays can happen because of weather, courier issues or public holidays. We will tell you if your order is significantly delayed.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders placed on our website. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

4. Delivery partners

Orders are sent through trusted courier partners to the address you enter at checkout. Please check your name, phone number, address and PIN code carefully, because couriers use them to reach you. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or phone number.

5. Receiving your order

Please check the package when it arrives. If the outer packaging looks damaged, take photos or a video while opening it, and contact us within 7 days as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Software and SaaS products

Software products are delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed, we will contact you on the email address and phone number you gave at checkout with your access details, normally within 2 business days. No physical shipping is involved.
