Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on nuranetspace.com.

1. Before dispatch

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number as soon as possible. We usually prepare and dispatch orders within a few days of payment, so please contact us quickly.

2. After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. If the product arrives damaged, defective or wrong, our Refund Policy applies.

3. Software and SaaS products

A software order can be cancelled for a full refund until access has been delivered to you. After access is delivered, the Refund Policy applies.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price or description was shown wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your address. In that case you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund time

Refunds for cancelled orders are started within 3 business days and normally reach your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
