Arsalan Reyaz Showcased StromeEye UAV at J&K's Biggest-Ever Startup Summit

Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. proudly participated in ASCEND J&K 2026 – Jammu & Kashmir's Biggest-Ever Startup Summit, organised by the Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) on 23–24 July 2026 at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), Srinagar.

At the summit, Arsalan Reyaz, Founder & CEO of Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd., presented the company's flagship project, StromeEye UAV—an innovative reusable high-altitude atmospheric research platform designed to provide a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional weather balloons for scientific data collection.

The event brought together entrepreneurs, investors, government officials, industry leaders, and innovators from across Jammu & Kashmir. During the summit, Arsalan had the opportunity to present the vision behind StromeEye UAV and discuss its potential applications in meteorology, climate research, disaster management, and aerospace innovation.

The project and the company's vision were also shared with Hon'ble Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, Omar Abdullah, along with several government officials, startup ecosystem leaders, investors, mentors, and representatives from various organisations attending the summit.

Participation in ASCEND J&K 2026 marks another important milestone in Nura Net Space Technologies' mission to develop advanced aerospace technologies from Jammu & Kashmir and contribute to India's growing space innovation ecosystem.
